Why we do this work
Lionheart Wellness & Recovery exists because too many people who want help can't access it. Transportation, technology, housing instability, court obligations, and stigma all get in the way. We built a program designed to remove those barriers — not work around them.
We offer individualized, evidence-based treatment for adults and adolescents facing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our approach is holistic — we treat the whole person, support the whole family, and stay connected to our community.
What "Lionheart" means to us
A lionheart is someone who faces something terrifying — and does it anyway. Every client who picks up the phone, walks through our door, or joins a session from their phone at home is already demonstrating that. We don't think of recovery as overcoming weakness. We think of it as honoring strength that was always there.
