Tiffany Neuharth
Co-Founder · Treatment Director

Tiffany Neuharth, LADC-S

Tiffany brings more than 14 years of leadership and clinical expertise to Lionheart. Before co-founding Lionheart, she co-founded Rise Up Recovery and served as its Executive Director for five years. She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor Supervisor, a Recovery Coach Professional Trainer, and a person in long-term recovery. Her personal journey and professional experience fuel her commitment to care that is trauma-responsive, evidence-informed, and rooted in compassion.

Paul Gleich
Clinical Supervisor

Paul Gleich, LADC

Paul specializes in co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. His person-centered approach draws on CBT, DBT skills, and motivational interviewing. Paul is passionate about helping clients build internal and external support systems that reduce shame and stigma while promoting accountability and healing. He works closely with community providers and probation to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Michelle Forsman
Adult Evening Group & Individual Counselor

Michelle Forsman, LADC

Michelle brings a unique perspective shaped by 30 years as a Dental Hygienist before earning her LADC at Metropolitan State University in 2015. Her client-centered approach uses motivational interviewing to help clients develop personal responsibility and self-awareness. She cares deeply about equipping people with practical skills that support fulfilling, productive lives.

Bernie Menge
Mental Health Professional

Bernie Menge, MA, LMFT, ADHD-CCSP

Bernie brings a holistic, relationship-informed perspective to mental health. With certifications in trauma, DBT, personality disorders, ADHD, and parent coaching, he works collaboratively with clients to uncover underlying challenges and build lasting resilience. His approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and rooted in evidence-based practices.

Dawson Urquidez
Administrative Manager

B. Dawson Urquidez, B.A., CPRS

Dawson is Lionheart’s administrative hub — often the first face clients see and the last to wish them a great day. He guides clients through pre-admission and intake, and supports staff and clients alike with whatever they need. A Drake University graduate, Dawson brings personal experience with recovery and a tireless passion for helping others.

Brooke Hansen, A.A., B.A.

Brooke is completing her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Metropolitan State University (May 2026). With interests in CBT and Abnormal Psychology, she is drawn to understanding human behavior and applying evidence-based principles to support meaningful change. She finds fulfillment in Lionheart’s mission and in the opportunity to improve the lives of those seeking care.

Certified Peer Recovery Specialist

Jake Jones, CPRS

Jake brings more than three years of lived recovery experience and is pursuing his LADC credentials at Bemidji State University. His strengths-based peer support draws on lived experience and professional training to offer hope, advocacy, and practical relapse-prevention strategies. He believes every person deserves to recover with grace, dignity, and the freedom to rediscover themselves.
