About This Program

Treatment built around your life

Our adult program offers two levels of care, each delivering the same high-quality clinical treatment. We work with each client individually to determine the appropriate level and build a plan that fits their schedule, obligations, and goals.

All services are available in-person at our Hastings office or via Lionheart Connect — our telehealth access program that includes a provided tablet for clients who need one.

1.0Outpatient

Levels of Care

Three levels, one clinical team

Outpatient

OP — ASAM Level 1.0

Lower-frequency outpatient services for clients stepping down from IOP or those with less intensive clinical needs. Focuses on maintaining recovery, building skills, and long-term support.

Intensive Outpatient

IOP — ASAM Level 2.1

Our most intensive outpatient level. Structured group therapy multiple days per week combined with individual counseling, case management, and peer support. Designed for clients who need significant support while maintaining their daily life.

Day Treatment / PHP

ASAM Level 2.5

Our most intensive level of outpatient care. Partial Hospitalization Services (Day Treatment) provide structured programming for clients who need significant daily support while living at home or in sober housing. Also known as Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).

Transportation or technology barriers?

Lionheart Connect — our telehealth access program — provides pre-configured tablets to clients who don't have a reliable device. If getting to Hastings is a barrier, we can bring treatment to you. Ask about Connect when you call.
