Safe, structured sober living combined with Intensive Outpatient Programming, Peer Recovery Support, and provided transportation. Everything in one place — because nothing should stand between someone and their recovery.
Lionheart Treatment Housing is newly launched. We are actively enrolling — contact us to discuss availability and eligibility for a specific client.
Housing instability is one of the most common reasons clients can't maintain consistent treatment participation. Our IOP with Lodging program addresses that directly — providing safe, structured sober housing as a support for recovery, so clients can focus entirely on their treatment.
The housing component is support infrastructure, not the program itself. Clients are enrolled in our full Intensive Outpatient Program (ASAM 2.1), supported by a Peer Recovery Specialist, and provided transportation to appointments. Everything works together around the clinical treatment at the center.
Clean, structured housing operated directly by Lionheart. Drug and alcohol free with built-in accountability and house rules.
Full Intensive Outpatient Programming. Group therapy, individual counseling, co-occurring support, and treatment coordination.
A trained Peer Recovery Specialist embedded in your daily support team — someone who has walked this road and is here to help you navigate yours.
We provide rides for clients to treatment, appointments, and essential needs. You focus on recovery; we handle the logistics.
If you are a probation officer, county case manager, or residential program looking for a step-down option that includes housing — this program was built for exactly the clients you are thinking of right now.
Call us directly to discuss a specific client. We will be honest about whether we are the right fit and can move quickly when the situation calls for it.

Client moves into the sober living facility. Staff orient them to the housing rules, schedule, and support team.
Treatment starts immediately. Transportation, PRS check-ins, group sessions, and individual counseling all begin in coordination.
We help clients apply for Housing Support through their county. This is a state-funded program that covers room and board for individuals in treatment, and most clients qualify. Our team walks you through the application process — you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Call us to discuss your specific situation.
The IOP portion is billed through insurance like any other outpatient treatment. We accept Medical Assistance (MA), MinnesotaCare, most commercial insurance plans, and county funding. We verify coverage before enrollment so there are no surprises.
Length of stay is determined by clinical progress and Housing Support eligibility. There is no fixed end date — clients remain in the program as long as they are actively engaged in treatment and the arrangement is clinically appropriate.
